Annual Member Meeting – March 7, 2021
Minutes of Meeting

1. CALL TO ORDER
   1. President Patrick Kevin called this meeting to order at 3:35pm, via Zoom.
2. ROLL CALL and INTRODUCTION OF OFFICERS
   1. A quorum was not present. Four residences were represented:  Patrick Kevin, Daneen Haynes, Larry & Cindy Stout and Layne & Katelyn Miyazaki.
3. APPROVAL OF 2020 ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES
   1. Minutes from the July 12, 2020, Member Meeting were presented by shared screen. There were no corrections requested and the Minutes were approved.
4. FINANCIAL REPORT
   1. Board Treasurer Larry Stout presented the current financial balance sheet and profit and loss report. The current balance of HOA funds is $12,245.00.
5. LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR UPDATE
   1. Patrick Kevin reported that Janitorial & Landscaping, LLC (Ausencio Trejo Flores), will continue to provide landscaping services. Annual cost, paid quarterly, remains the same as last year.
   2. Additional clean-up including the retention pond, and the ledge right above the area that contains the AGHOA sign are being discussed with J&L, as well as the possibility of his company re-staining the fences along 278^th.
6. SOCIAL EVENT – NATIONAL NIGHT OUT
   1. We received notification from the Duvall Police Department that National Night Out has been postponed until further notice.
   2. No other social events have been calendared although members are welcome to make recommendations.
7. OPEN BOARD POSITIONS
   1. All current Board Members have served longer than the term outlined in the Bylaws.
   2. Layne and Katelyn Miyazaki offered to consider taking positions on the Board.
   3. No nomination or election of new Board positions will be held at this meeting.
8. ADJOURNMENT
   1. The meeting was adjourned at 3:56pm.
