Board Meeting – January 17, 2021
Minutes of Meeting
- CALL TO ORDER
- The meeting was called to order at 4:04pm, via Zoom Meeting.
- ROLL CALL
- All Board members were present: Patrick Kevin, President; Daneen Haynes, Vice President; Larry Stout, Treasurer; Cindy Stout, Secretary. Also present was member/homeowner Will Chappell.
- MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS BOARD MEETING
- Minutes from the November 8, 2020 Board Meeting and the December 20, 2020 Special Board Meeting were reviewed and accepted.
- REPORTS FROM BOARD MEMBERS
- Report from Treasurer
- In the process of reconciling the bank account now that the 2020 billing is finalized.
- Two CPA’s are being considered to replace the services of CBS.
- The Annual Report will be filed with the Secretary of State soon. Due date is roughly the first of March.
- A Corporate Resolution will be drawn up for adding Cindy Stout to bank account for check writing purposes.
- Report from President
1) As discussed at previous meetings, propose that we make it a priority this year to repair/stain/clean-up the two fences along 278th, at the entrance into Alderwood Grove. Cindy will ask Ausencio Trejo, landscaping contractor, for referrals. Patrick will talk to the owners beforehand. Additionally, proposed that we “tighten up” the landscape (new bark in worn areas)
- Report from Other Board Members
1) No report from Vice President.
2) No report from Secretary.
- Annual Meeting Agenda Development
1) Financials.
2) Fence/Entryway improvements update.
3) New Officers. (Discussed language in Bylaws. Prior to Annual Meeting, consider any members who may
be interested in filling a position and perhaps approach them if appropriate.)
4) Patrick will draft a message about the Annual Meeting to be sent to all members.
5) Board will meet on Sunday, 2/28/21, 4:00pm, to make final plans for Annual Meeting.
