Events

An Annual Meeting of Members will be held each year via Zoom video conference at a predetermined time. All Members are strongly encouraged to join and support the association by voting on important issues which effect the entire neighborhood. Typical issues before the association might be the election of new Board members, changes to Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Bylaws, or other organizational documents as well as expenditures for capital improvements to the subdivision.

Prior to the Annual Meeting, all Members will be mailed a meeting notice which contains a proxy ballot on all issues under consideration. This ballot must be returned no later than ten (10) days before the meeting to be counted.
