Board
Meet your Board of Directors
About the Board
The Board of Directors of Alderwood Grove HOA is comprised of four Directors with positions as:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
New Directors are elected every two years during the Annual Members Meeting and any member in good standing is eligible to participate. All property owners are members and members have one vote for every property they own.
Board members serve in a volunteer capacity without pay. If an adequate number of members do not volunteer to fill the various Board positions, the remaining members will manage operations.
Responsibilities and
Objectives of the Board
The Board is responsible for managing the business of the Association, which includes:
Providing for the maintenance of common areas in the subdivision and execution of capital improvements.
Filing all federal and state reporting documents required to maintain the corporation and its tax-exempt status, as well as annual IRS tax returns.
The Board is also responsible for enforcement of member compliance with the Declarations set forth in the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
The Board is comprised of common people just like yourselves.
We are your neighbors and we have the same desires as you to live in a clean, attractive and safe neighborhood. The Board does not wish to play the role of enforcer in our neighborhood but as elected officials of our HOA, we have a responsibility to administer the declarations established. We earnestly request every resident be diligent in the maintenance and care of your property. Be a good neighbor by being considerate of your neighbors and be proud of your neighborhood.
