Annual Membership Dues for Alderwood Grove Homeowners Association are $220. 
Dues are billed to members during the first week of January each year and are due no later than March 1 each year.
Invoices are distributed via email and the members can pay by credit/debit card using a link in the email. Paper checks can be mailed to the remittance address on the invoice. All association members are responsible for assuring the Board has your current email address, phone, and in the case of landlords, your current physical address.
