About Alderwood Grove Homeowners Association

Our little corner of Duvall is called Alderwood Grove and in 2004, the residents established Alderwood Grove Homeowners Association, Inc. as a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation pursuant to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions originally established by the Developer and subsequently amended by its Members.

Alderwood Grove Subdivision consists of 27 homes. The purpose of the HOA is to oversee the upkeep of the common areas and enforce the rules established by the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. By doing so, all homeowners are assured their real estate investment will not be prematurely diminished by deterioration of the neighborhood as a result of poor maintenance or failure to update aging properties.

We encourage all Members or prospective Members to review the CC&R document. Like all HOA’s, the Declarations contained therein carry the force of law and the Association has a fiduciary responsibility to enforce all such Declarations on behalf of the Association Members who elected them.

This website is provided by the Association as one of the ways we keep our members up to date on activities and current events, as well as providing them with a means of communications with each other. Alderwood Grove is made up of a diverse cross section of people who enjoy living in Duvall and in Alderwood Grove. We encourage everyone to get out and meet their neighbors, and help perpetuate Alderwood Grove as a fun and safe neighborhood in which to live.
